TERMS OF SALE:
All orders will be prepaid before shipping through the secure Authorize.Net system. For Retail called in orders, we accept VS/MC and AMEX. US dollars only. All international accounts must pay by credit card. Please contact us for ordering details. Minimum order $12.95.
DELIVERY:
Most orders are shipped in 7 days and will be sent by USPS Priority Mail when your order is complete. Our shipping rate is a flat fee of $7.00 and is subject to adjustment depending on the nature of the order. We may change the carrier of your shipment if it is in the best interest of meeting your deadline or reducing shipping charges. You will be notified!
Rush orders an additional $10.00 Rush Charge. FOB: Fort Myers, Florida. No Canada shipping.

For Next Day, 2 Day or 3rd Day service please call and we will be glad to quote express shipping charges.
DROP SHIPPING:
Drop shipping to another address is allowed with an additional $8.00 charge.
RETURN GOODS AUTHORIZATION:
- Merchandise will not be accepted without authorization from Make Your Mark.
- When calling please refer to Invoice Number and reason for return. Acceptable returned goods will be subject to a 15% restocking charge unless waived by owners.
- No return authorization or credit will be granted after 30 days of invoice date, or for returned material that is not in resalable condition.
- CUSTOM IMAGES AND IMPRINTED ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED
- Buyer agrees to pay return freight charges for merchandise returned without proper authorization.
- Items must be returned in their original condition, including all tags, packaging and accessories, if applicable. The return authorization number must be included in all correspondence and returns. MYM is not responsible for misuse, customer installation or improper storage.
SATISFACTION GUARANTEE:
We guarantee 100% satisfaction with your purchase! Products may be returned for an in-house credit within 30 days of receipt when returned with our Return Policy set forth above. CUSTOM ORDERS MAY NOT BE RETURNED UNLESS THE MERCHANDISE IS DEFECTIVE, OR WE MADE AN ERROR WHEN MAKING THE CUSTOM ORDER PRODUCT.
FORCE MAJEURE:
Although we strive to meet obligations set forth, MYM will not be liable for any failure to perform which are not in our control, shipping problems, weather, or any such obligations by reasons of acts of God or the elements. We will do everything possible to get your products to you in a fast manner.
